“Hailey at the desk was awesome when we checked in as we normally do not stay in hotels as we are the camping type of people. When I told her that we were her for my brother’s funeral she gave us a bereavement rate and offered us her sympathy and also said if we needed anything while we were there to just ask. She definitely is a people person!! I told my nephews and niece where we were staying for the funeral so they chose to be there with us in fact we enjoyed breakfast together on Monday……
