“We booked last minute; probably got the less nice rooms. Appeared to be above the pub-like reception and breakfast room. Quite dated decor, noisy and we could smell the cigarette smell from the outside seating below. No dinner/food options other than the breakfast. “It is in a quiet and safe residential area, and in walking distance to U-bahnhof and S-bahnhof. The room is newly renovated with excellent facilities, including a mini kitchen and an outdoor area with table. Staff are helpful. Perfect for either short and long term stay. The only feedback I would like to add is the window in bathroom is not frosted and people may see you from the outside if you are stay at the ground floor. Except that, I think I would choose this place again when I am……

“We booked 2 rooms, mine was fine and as described but my colleage was given 2 single beds rather than a king. He also had issues with his TV with hardly any channels working, my TV was better but there were hardly any English language channels available. “I had a wonderful stay with my colleagues in a spacious room with a big bathroom, which was perfect for our needs. The family room layout with two separate rooms and a connecting door was convenient, though we were limited to one king bed and twin beds. However, I was a bit disappointed with the sauna and swimming pool—they're quite small, making it difficult to swim. Overall, it was a nice stay, but those amenities could definitely use some improvement.”

"It’s a crowd place with crowds flowing. Convenient to take public transportation but again, wouldn’t be nice and clean at the traffic center. There’s no warm water for showering. It’s either old or burning. The water temperature switches itself without anybody touching and it actually burned my skin. Shower cap was ripped. Well, I would say good location if you’re transferring; nice, kind and helpful staffs; but the hotel facilities are in shabby condition. "

地理位置非常好, Reception笑容親切有禮

"地理位置非常好, 就在Mendelssohn Bartholdy Park station附近, 距離Potsdamer Platz不遠 reception非常有禮貌, 笑容親切, 是我在柏林唯一見過笑容這樣好的人有一小插曲. 因為我們訂的是一張雙人床, 加一張sofa bed. 但我們發現sofa bed沒有打開. 我們於是跟reception反映, 他們非常快速地就有人員上來幫我們整理, 非常有效率"

Nice hotel next to the public square

"It is a nicely decorated hotel right next to berlins public square where classical concerts take place in the summer. Unfortunate for us the square has been boarded up for renovation. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The staff served us well. "
