“We had an issue with the air conditioning but Ruben had someone come out immediately to take care of it and was very professional, nice and made our stay more enjoyable. I would stay there again ”

“The staff and front desk are AMAZING from the moment we checked in on 7/12 to 7/17 when we checked out. Everyone (and I mean everyone) was friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to be helpful which made our stay very pleasant. We would definitely book here again if we ever find ourselves out in Arizona. This hotel should feel proud to have such amazing people working here.”

“The Bartender and the front desk representative were awesome they were so nice. (Conversation, offering me anything they think I may need). The gym is best I have seen at any property. Breakfast and parking is included, and it was $20.00 for incidentals. The sister property Aloft across the street based off Expedia charges for parking, breakfast and they charge $150.00 for incidentals. The 9-minute walk was well worth it, and they both charge the same price for their rooms. I see why they only……

“I enjoyed my stay. My only complaint is that I didn't have enough caffeinated coffee packets in my room. Since there is no daily room cleaning, the two I had the first day were gone for the next day. If you aren't doing daily room service, then enough should be available to last !”
