“My 13 year-old daughter and I stayed here for a mother-daughter getaway skiing trip. The locaion could not have been better, the hostess was gracious and quick with responding when I forgot the entry code and lost my Wi-Fi coverage, and we were close to the slopes and everything we wanted to see. The house was well equipped and comfortable. ”

“This is a little slice of heaven in the mountains. It has everything you need to have a wonderful stay. The location is great and close to every where in the area. The neighborhood is quite and the creek behind the house is simply everything. The magic of this place can not be expressed fully. The owner was prompt with communicating with me and was helpful. “Perfect location for our girls trip. It was exactly as described. Place was very clean. Easy check in process. Host very responsive with communication. Breathtaking views. LOVED all the windows in the living room that overlooked downtown Banner Elk. We felt very safe and comfortable. We didn’t find it walkable as described due to hilly roads. Overall this was an excellent place and would definitely stay here again. ”
