“Absoulety gorgeous hotel, food, service was incredible and staff were so welcoming warm and professional. Other than the spa lady this morning around half 10 I wasn’t sure of her name, however myself and my husband were having a swim before we checked out at 11 and the spa was empty and we were laughing and told to keep the noise down in quite a rude manner. I found it inappropriate as no one else was using the facilities and pool or spa at the time and we were the only ones there I appreciate……

“Perfect location, looking directly across the Taff at the stadium. Only 10 minute walk to Mary Street. Very clean and the keybox entry makes checking in/out a breeze. Shared bathrooms between floors are immaculately clean also. ”

“The location is impeccable but being in the city centre it can be quite noisy at night because of all the bars & clubs downstairs. The triple room is on the 4th floor so noise wise it's tolerable for just one night but be prepared to lift your luggages up the 100-step stairs. The room is better than expected, really clean & tidy. One down side is this hotel doesn't have its own reception so have to check in at the hotel across the road instead.”

“This location is the best place to stay if you’re looking to stay in the heart of historic Cardiff with close proximity to Cardiff Castle — you really can’t beat this location and it is a short walk from Cardiff Central that was manageable even with our two large suitcases. The room was super clean and the spacious considering typical hotel rooms are very compact. We had a king size bed with a room that faced St. Mary’s Street.
