“We had a great time! The staff were helpful on email and arranged our airport transfer prior to arriving. When we arrived, we were greeted with friendly staff and even let us check in earlier. Throughout our week, anything we needed, the staff were at hand. Day trips into Albufeira and Vilamoura cost only €2 per person and were super easy to organise with the team. The only downside was that most of the games in the games room were out of order ,but the external contractor was coming later in……

“Great stay with amazing views. Room was nice, all inclusive was great, staff were lovely. Food can get a bit repetitive but we found it okay as not picky eaters. Lots of restaurants you can book but we found these varied. But great value overall with the burgers tacos etc, especially for drinks!”

Everything is clearly labelled AND the team are aware of your allergies too. hen entering the dinner hall at every meal we were asked if we need anything, every morning, the wonderful Dina knew what wed like and proceeded to run around for us. She brought Gluten free toast to our table every day, with soya milk and gluten and lactose free muffins which were warm :) and soft and full of flavour. They also have theme nights, vegan……

“Struttura accogliente e in zona tranquilla. Camera spaziosa e pulita, personale gentile e letto comodissimo. Eccellente la colazione abbondante e varia. “The resort has plentiful facilities and close to the beach. We are in the ocean suite and the room is nicely decorated and spacious The management is not up to a five star hotel standard. Firstly the dishes in the buffet restaurant, Jardim Colonial, were not very clean, some of which with stains. Having said that , the staffs in the restaurant are helpful. Secondly the food variety was not sufficient. Thirdly , on the last day, we went for breakfasts after checking out. We were told to……

“Excellent hotel with impeccable service. The Lighthouse restaurant is great; we ate there three nights straight, The seafood is fresh, wide selection, and price is affordable. It connects directly to the boardwalk which has the best coast view in Lagos.”
