“This was a fantastic experience in this hotel. The staff was super nice. The breakfast was the most delicious I ever had and the décor of the hotel is very modern, not to mention the beautiful room with their comfortable bed. It’s 8 stars for me if I could. “Great staff and the main pool was the main attraction. We were a group of 20 people staying in a mix of 2 bed apartments. All the rooms were good, clean and had everything you needed. We didnt need to fight for loungera in the morning but most people were quite quick to place towels. Some of the pool area had tiles that could do we replacing and some of the bridges needed attention. The Cool Bar by the pool was great for drinks, ice creams etc. The breakfast was always good, attentive staff.……

“Everything is perfect. The reception welcome us and show the hotel amenities around and the the gentleman is so nice while I was checking out The breakfast time is a bit crowds because of the Oceanside tables but we sit there two days (staff there will try to arrange those tables for you) and the food is nice with many choices. Just one note when I leave a message through th QR code so they can deliver extra needs to the room, they did in the first time and miss the second message. 4.5 stars……

“The resort has plentiful facilities and close to the beach. We are in the ocean suite and the room is nicely decorated and spacious The management is not up to a five star hotel standard. Firstly the dishes in the buffet restaurant, Jardim Colonial, were not very clean, some of which with stains. Having said that , the staffs in the restaurant are helpful. Secondly the food variety was not sufficient. Thirdly , on the last day, we went for breakfasts after checking out. We were told to……
