“This was a great place to stay for two nights when visiting Cardiff to watch the rugby with family. We had two apartments; they were brilliantly located, extremely functional and clean - which is exactly what we needed them to be.
Luxury apartments they are not - and the price was very high because it was an international match weekend. But I’d definitely recommend as a base to stay and hang out. ”

“The room was comfortable but for what we paid, and I understand that the prices were bumped up for the rugby, there were long, dark hairs on the bathroom tiles and at the end of the bath, no shelf to put bottles on in the shower and the loo leaked. The fan in the room is covered in dust on the blade and the casing. Breakfast was great but the two young waitresses maybe need to keep the chatting to a minimum when guests can overhear ”
“入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角”
“The room was amazing spacious and clean to a high standard. My only issue was we paid for a sea view but had a call to say someone had booked 2 mins before myself and the sea view room had been taken. No offer of a refunded as we paid extra for the sea view that we didn’t get. ”
