“After you get off from the train station, take the boat to San Zaccaria stop and it takes around 45 min and then by walking 10 min to arrive the hotel. Not difficult to find if you are opening the google map. Near the main tourist attractions by walking around 5 min, The view in the room is also nice. The breakfast is good and the staff is nice. The room is comfortable and large.”

“They staff are very friendly and upgraded our room to canal view.. my wife were very happy with that. The breakfast area is on the balcony with the canal view as well. Very good stay although it is a little costly.”

“The location and accommodation itself were excellent. Close to everything while in a quieter zone. Accomodation was large and well laid out and the kitchen was an asset for breakfasts. Staff accommodated an earlier check in for us which was much appreciated after an overnight flight,”

The hotel staff provided great service by helping us arrange water taxis, day trips to Murano and Burano and Gondola trips, all at our convenience and reasonable prices. Some recommendations for improvements including providing more racks or hooks within the room for hanging towels, guide to using the switches as these were some minor issues……

“All the staff were super friendly and the breakfast was beautiful. We were able to have breakfast at an outside table near to the canal which was beautiful. The only thing you need to be careful of is that we checkout at exactly 10:00am which was the checkout time but we still got charged a late checkout fee. ”
