“Lovely hotel,canal side..Near the city center!”

“The Venice was a superb hotel and it improved our experience in Venice greatly. The hotel staff provided great service by helping us arrange water taxis, day trips to Murano and Burano and Gondola trips, all at our convenience and reasonable prices. It is one of the most exquisite hotels within Venice with really good vibes. Some recommendations for improvements including providing more racks or hooks within the room for hanging towels, guide to using the switches as these were some minor issues……

“Easy walk to San Marco and San Polo. Very simple breakfast. Sometimes you can heard people chat outside of building at night.”

“Good location, nice staff, clean and comfortable room. The breakfast is satisfied. Althogh the price is no cheap, it's a good choice to stay near the hottest scenic spots in Venice. However, the materials in the ketchen sink were not clean. We cleaned all the cups, plates, goblets, and the electric kettle by ourselves before use. The wifi is very slow in the room, but is okay in the reception room as well as in the dining room.”

“這個旅館無論地點，房間都十分的好，服務人員十分友善，在庭院的早餐不但豐盛，還可以有現做的咖啡和炒蛋可以選。房間有數量充足的mini bar。唯一的缺點，就是不便宜。隔壁有個評價不錯的餐廳，入口在橋底下的那個，我們也很喜歡。”

“在我訂房時沒想到房間是這樣的大，房間擺設優雅有如五星級酒店，酒店服務員態度非常好，還會介紹旅遊行程給你參加，晚間會送水及朱古力很貼心。早餐豐富好吃，酒店在聖馬可教堂後面去任何景點都方便，總括來說直得推介。”

“This was a great place to stay. Everything from the location, to the room and to the staff was excellent! The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, which made it easy to move from the hotel to the train station.”
