“The rooms are clean, luxurious and the penthouse plunge pool was a welcome retreat. We had a room on the first floor initially but requested to be moved since the path to the penthouse pool required walking through the hotel bar. Irena at the evening reception was wonderful in facilitating the move to the 5th floor. The 1st floor room was quite dark while the 5th floor suite was much brighter with higher ceilings. “Hotel is at a very good location, making all places of interest and shopping areas easily reachable The food provided at the breakfast is good with lots of varieties. However, the staff members in general are not entirely friendly, particularly those serving at concierge. Having said that, a lady staff receiving guests at the breakfast area is very helpful and always greets us with smile”
