“The smaller size that other Topsail houses was ideal. The distance from ground to living space, kitchen to bedroom and bath pleasantly short. The path behind the neighboring house to the public beach access meant that access to the beach was as good as a walkway directly to the beach. The only downside was the air conditioner broke down. The owner responded immediately with 2 mobile air conditioning units and subsequently a 3rd, which together fully cooled the house for the rest of the week.……
