“Very clean and large home with lots of extras. The pool and large balcony were particularly enjoyed. When they say 5-minute walk to the beach it really is a 5-minute walk to the beach. If you have a larger group, this would be perfect for a either a short or extended stay in Cocoa beach. 10/10 would book again.”

“Absolutely beautiful!! The house was very roomy and seven of us did not feel cramped. The pool and the hot tub was great!! The view was breathtaking! We couldn’t have picked a better house or location. We fell in love with the house and the town! I can’t wait to rent it for our next family vacation ”

“Ok- I cannot say enough!!!!!Amazing, clean, well kept and supplied house with Amazing patio/outside space. Just beautiful and the manatee were there to put on a show. Coffee on the water with the nature. Kayaking on the bay!! And I cannot forget how responsive and helpful the property manager was. Downside…..NADA! Just a 2 block walk to the beach, 3 block to pier. Close to good restaurants (Mexican, Sushi, etc). The drive to/from airport is Easy Peasy! ”
