“Wow! What a great condo! Very clean and well stocked. The owners have made some great upgrades. We were so impressed with all the little touches that made our stay extremely comfortable. The location is awesome - clean beach and quiet area. Very family friendly. There are a lot of stairs at the complex overall, so it’s not wagon or wheelchair friendly but we didn’t find it to be a real issue for us. We will be renting here again. ”

“We had a wonderful week at the beach staying at Shipwatch Villas. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The whole property is so clean. The pool is centrally located and such a nice size. We never felt crowded while in the pool and it was always clean. The condo is updated and wonderfully furnished. The beds are very comfortable. The views for the sunrise is incredible. “Beautiful condo with spectacular views of the ocean and sunrises. It was very well appointed and comfortable. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. The grounds were lovely. Unfortunately a child pooped in the pool (no swim diaper!) and the pool was closed for 24 hrs for cleaning so that was disappointing as it was 100 degrees. Our host was very reachable with some minor questions by text. ”
