“What I liked was location walking distance to beach and a few restaurants. What I didn’t like is I would like some dining or breakfast accommodations at the resort in the event it’s raining and you don’t want to walk down to the other dining options. Small market nearby as well. ”

“Lovely peaceful property located between fantastic beaches but the property is run down (massive hole on kitchen ceiling, rusty tables and sofas, broken picture frames, extra unwanted furniture piled out in our studio, chipped dishes, stained sofa, damaged cushion...). It felt like a hostel. The cleaner and person in charged of the breakfast lives on site and is very unwelcome, she constantly makes you feel like you are in her space. We were told that we were allowed to check in earlier but she……

“I stay at Aparthotel Navigator often with my two boys when we come to Sagres to surf. The hotel is old, but everything works – clean, spacious, practical – and the price is a real bargain. I’m glad they don’t waste money on unnecessary renovations. It keeps costs down for families like mine and avoids needless waste that’s bad for the planet.
