Also the toaster didn't work properly and when we trued toasting bread, it never came out of the chute in the back! A worker looked at it for us. Other than that it was great!”

“I almost lost my bag. In the end my coat was stranded at the hotel. I chose not to have my coat because I had a flight to catch. The service staff changed a few times, but none of them satisfied me. They were either very anxious or seemed to want to sleep. They almost left my driver's license in his copier and almost prevented me from boarding the plane. It's horrific, kind of unbelievable. The living conditions and environment are acceptable, and the price of the room I booked is quite……
