“One day, i was too late to come back to the hotel and found i forgot the access card in the room. I was locked outside of this hotel. I pressed the button on the wall for help. A staff member of them came to open the door for me in twenty minutes without scolding me and making any complaints. I appreciated her help.🙂 ”

“Kandersteg, located in the Swiss Alps, is a true winter wonderland. The small village is surrounded by stunning mountain scenery, making it the perfect destination for a winter getaway. Hotel Alpina sits about a 10min walk from the train station. The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful. More options for breakfast would have been nice but overall it was a great stay.
