“Outstanding service from start to finish. Highly attentive staff from concierge and shuttle service to ski fitting, housekeeping and restaurant team, all impeccable. Enjoyed the views and amenities in the suite and super handy location for skiing, easy 5 minute walk to gondola and 10 min walk in to town. Would stay again.”

“Overall very good, very good breakfast and service. It is a good hotel for an average price. But no air conditiong during summer time, room is very moist and smells of leather. Good Wi-fi too, and very comfortable. Surronding areas would be better in the winter time.”

“I filtered by AC units on Expedia a d this property came up. It was disappointing that during these very hot days, there was no AC. The place felt dirty and no extra sheets or pillows provided. There was only a fitted sheet on beds with a comforter - no flat sheets and not sure how often the comforter/duvet covers were washed. Many of the fitted sheets had tiny holes in them. Just did not feel or look like a luxury rental, particularly since we paid close to $700 a night.”

“The room is extremely dirty. Rubbish is found in the wardrobe and under the bed. Washroom is also extremely dirty. The water drainage is very bad.The air conditioner is out-dated and the room is extremely hot. ”

“This hotel is local in a very convenient place, and the room is quite comfortable and has a microwave and electric kettle. There is a COOP supermarket nearby within a five-minute walk, made me save a lot of expenses for meal. I will book this hotel again if I have chance to go to Interlaken again”
