“Very nice and comfortable stay in a beautiful historic building. Having safe and secure free parking attached to the building was a major draw! Not having to worry about finding a parking spot and paying additional parking fees in the city alleviated unnecessary stress. Our stay was due to a family member having surgery with a week long hospital stay at the nearby Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. The property is conveniently located only 2.5 miles away from the hospital making it easy……

“I really enjoyed this rental. I stay in this building often and this is one of my favorite apartments by far! The access to the courtyard is great. The only thing to be aware of is that there are no windows in the bedrooms. I felt that the lack of windows made for a great sleep. The bathroom is very large as are the bedrooms. The only reason it lost a star was that there was a hole in a closet door and scuff marks on one of the walls. I will definitely be staying here again.”

“The location is a bit out of the way in a transitioning neighborhood, but overall, the place was clean, bright, pleasantly decorated, plenty of space, private rooftop patio access (which was great for the wonderful weather we had). ”

“While I contacted the host as soon as it became clear that the air conditioner was not working at all and the apartment was 85 degrees and she was polite and communicative, she did nothing to remedy the situation so we got very little sleep in the sweltering apartment. She apparently contacted Maintenance but they never came. There was also a road closure that made it impossible to enter the building garage. There were also no washcloths, and the kitchen had only a few glasses and no corkscrew.……
