“At the check in desk there was no record of our reservation so we had to wait about 30 minutes until it was sorted out. Check in staff were friendly but everything seemed very slow. We’d booked a suite which we didn’t realise was one of the cottages/lodges rather than the main hotel which was a bit disappointing. Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable but despite it being a hot day, the room/cottage was absolutely freezing so remember to put the heating on! Restaurant was great, really lovely……

“This is a good hotel built at a Services Area suitable for breaks in between journeys. Staying in for one night is nit a bad idea except that its location is not that easy to find.”
