“The attention to providing a genuinely hospitable experience was so evident from each person. An unexpected oasis in Virginia. From the start, we got personal attention from Sherry who made sure our room was set up well, even changing the thermostat so my disabled child could have the cooler temps she needs. When I asked the attendant she rudely told me she was out, not offering an alternative. I went to the front desk and the attendant was more than nice to offer bottled water and offered us more afterwards.”
