“We had a wonderful time staying along the beautiful Kennebec River. Chris was very punctual with his thoughtful responses to my questions before and during our stay. If you're thinking about visiting in the winter, my only recommendation would be to come with good winter tires or AWD/4WD. The drive is fairly steep and although very well maintained by the plowing contractor, it is tricky when covered in 6". Gorgeous area, we will be back!”

“We loved it with enough space to stretch out. My grandson played in the snow the whole weekend while everyone else went ice fishing and on the snowmobiles right out the door. The only thing we missed was a firepit outside. We had trouble opening the doors but called and someone was able to help us. ”

“Nice Lil cabin. Clean and comfortable beds. I was able to get Wifi and movies on Roku. Close to the wilderness and also downtown greenville and Nearby Rockwood and Jackman Maine. The front entrance is a little trickey at first but after you do it once you get the hang of it.. All and all great stay. Would definitely go back ”

“Loved the location of this house. Plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 children (3 & 5). The yard, fire pit and dock were great! The views of the lake were amazing! Our issues came from the cleanliness of this home. It was disheartening as we all unpacked and noticed these things. Considering the cost and length of our stay (7 nights) we found this to be unacceptable. We found two vacuums and cleaned the rooms. One vacuum wasn’t working very well. Here is a list of things that we noticed; -……

“We had an issue with unlocking the front door, the code wouldn’t work. We were given another code for the key box and had to share one key the entire stay. Other than that the property is very nice, we loved the fire pit and the view! ”

“Quaint cabin, small. Definitely no more than 2 people or small family of 4. No A/C upstairs. Just a double bed upstairs with 2 twins in same area. Road to cabin is very hard to find and bumpy dirt road. Cabin address not marked or described well. We had to park up by road and walk down to see what cabin looked like picture. Cannot use wood stove. ”

“The property is located on a private road several miles outside Greenville in a secluded grove of trees. It has a lovely fire pit and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the splendor of nature. There are neighboring cabins, but they cant be seen or heard. The cabin is perfect. It is well appointed and modern, while retaining the woodsy cabin feel. We would gladly stay there again if we return to Moosehead Lake.”

“Our stay was great. Plenty of room to spread out. Conveniently located downtown. Private boat ramp with plenty of parking is a plus.”

“The house is great and so is the location. We love the moosehead region and have been here many times and this will be one of the most memorable cabins we’ve stayed at. Will try and come back to this one again!”

“We totally enjoyed this home and will plan to return in the future. Sleeping arrangements for 6 men was not perfect... I would highly recommend this property for a family get away! The house and location are ideal for experiencing the big woods of Maine. Hunting trip was a huge success!”
