“From the pre-arrival to check out this property was brilliant!!Could sleep with the window open as the bedroom faces the backyard with beautiful old trees. Stan was so, so helpful with tips and communication was great.You can tell that a lot of thought and love went into making this apartment a home and I loved my solo stay there. I did get a parking ticket as thursday morning is street cleaning day but that s entirely my fault and Stan even mentioned it - just make sure to keep track of it.”

“If you want to go to a diagusting neighborhood then this is your place. We felt so unsafe we didn’t even stay there. We got a hotel. It is that bad. As nice as the inside is, the outside and neighborhood will have you running. Music blasting stinks of weed homeless people all over. Do not book this place. The owner didn’t even refund us our cleaning fee. Trust me STAY AWAY.”

“This rental was the perfect home base for our four-day hiking trip—ideally located near both Minnewaska State Park and New Paltz. We were pleasantly surprised that the space was ready earlier than expected. Inside, everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. It was an ideal setup for two friends, with private bedrooms and plenty of shared space to relax after days outdoors. A truly great find—grab it if it’s available!”

The farmer’s market was a nice treat on Sunday. Keith is a fantastic host and answered all of our questions quickly. The gift cards and wine were truly appreciated. We’ll definitely be back!”
