“I had a mix-up on dates for my stay, and reached out to Expedia customer service. After a couple of days, they sent me assurance it had been fixed. I brought that email with me; neither the reception nor the manager had any clue about this fix. Rooms were in high demand being graduation time, but they took care of us. “Rooms were advertised/listed on Trivago as non-smoking; not true. The rooms were inadequate for handicapped access which is what came up in search. Very disappointed!”

“Hotel was very old, bathroom wasn't very clean. Very few electrical outlets, Zero outlets in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable enough, price was cheap and older lady that worked the desk and cleaned the rooms was friendly.”

“The location and the price made it great. The furnishings and bedding need to be replaced, and the white painted woodwork needs to be cleaned with bleach, but nothing was unacceptable. The front desk clerk was a very friendly guy!”

“Cheap motel , no breakfast. Room smelled a bit but bedding was surprisingly nice. So we're all the cats outside. Have gotten a little particular in my years of travel so wouldn't recommend this place unless you just need a place to sleep while driving the Blue Ridge parkway”
