“離市中心一般，回酒店時要經過一條很斜很斜的路（Steep Hill），沒有自駕車極不便。 雖然有升降機到達3樓，但經濟房間那邊，仍然要經過約5至6級梯級，要搬運較重的行李箱極不便。 服務員，態度好。剛入住時，天氣非常熱，詢問要把風扇，第2天才有，已是幸運。”

“A lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. My husband is a severe asthmatic and is allergic to feathers. When we realised that the pillows and duvet were feather and spoke to the housekeeping staff, they went out of their way to help us. They changed all the bedding and ensured that there were no feathers in the room. Special thanks should go to Suzanne and the blond lady who organised this for us. “The accommodation was perfect, really spacious and clean. Great parking. Modern and fresh decor. Close to Clumber Park, which was the reason we stopped there. The only negative thing was that the shower was luke warm, I mentioned this to a neighboring visitor who said hers was the same. I was only there for 2 nights so coped but it wasn't pleasant as I felt cold in the shower. It has been capped at that temp so needs upping a bit to make a more pleasurable experience for guests.
