“The hotel exterior well maintained but inside the villa rooms are dated with heavy wood that look worn. The sofa cushions are flimsy and slant from usage, there are no deck chairs on the balcony which is a shame (just a dining table and 4 seats), the bathroom in the master en-suite is exceptionally small plus the sinks are not well designed as there absolutely no place to put your amenities. Breakfast is decent with small selection. When comparing to other resorts, I found Movenpick not good for……

“The room is nice and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. You can choose to have breakfast at your villa without extra fee. I also tried the room service for dinner, their green curry is great! There is a SPA at resort, it cost only $1000b for traditional thai massage for a couple, not to mention the massage is very good. Had a great vacation there. However, the location there is not convenient, the price for booking van from resort could be high. So, i booked a van from man gor……

“1/免費泊車2/凌晨可以辦理入住手續3/當晚沒有熱水沖涼4/房間有少量異味，露台同埋睡房可以開窗5/翌日花灑熱水水已經解決，但房間異味不能換房。”

“門鎖不能正常使用，和酒店前台溝通三次之後，酒店前台服務員才跟隨我們去到房間，職員鎖匙咭能夠開啟門口，顧客鎖匙不能夠使用。導致我們花費了1小時才入到房間。 並且不能夠即時安排更換房間，也不能夠即時維修，第二日方才維修。”

“十分好的住宿體驗，職員全部很友善，不但服務很好，而且很主動幫助，用APPs 預約酒店服務，叫Room service很方便，餐廳食物質素不錯，和牛餐廳很好吃。雖然周圍沒有購物中心，但乘的士去巴東市集都衹是30分鐘，十分方便。鄰近海灘很大浪，雖然不能游水，但環境也很優美。”

“渡假村裡有自己的湖泊真的很棒，可以免費遊湖以及玩水上活動（獨木舟、SUP、帆船），還有超長的泳池，泳池活動也很有趣，水上溜滑梯、踩板道、水上排球、水上足球，都很有趣！設施很齊全：）。可以直接通往沙灘也超棒的，還有數量充足的躺椅，很舒適。甚至有免費接駁公車，可以到附近的市集逛逛，非常方便。”
