"The hotel exterior well maintained but inside the villa rooms are dated with heavy wood that look worn. The sofa cushions are flimsy and slant from usage, there are no deck chairs on the balcony which is a shame (just a dining table and 4 seats), the bathroom in the master en-suite is exceptionally small plus the sinks are not well designed as there absolutely no place to put your amenities. Breakfast is decent with small selection. When comparing to other resorts, I found Movenpick not good for the value. "

"門鎖不能正常使用，和酒店前台溝通三次之後，酒店前台服務員才跟隨我們去到房間，職員鎖匙咭能夠開啟門口，顧客鎖匙不能夠使用。導致我們花費了1小時才入到房間。 並且不能夠即時安排更換房間，也不能夠即時維修，第二日方才維修。"

"The atmosphere in the hotel was very relaxing. We spent a morning in the pool and the beach. The location of the hotel is very good. It is located next to the Bang Tao Beach and also close to the nearby Canal Village Shopping Centre. You could take free shuttle boat rides in the lake area there. It would only take 10 minutes to get to another shopping centre by taxi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were confirmed to have a late checkout at 15:00 upon our request during our checking."

"Everything is good, staffs are very nice and helpful. Good english. Love this place and hope to visit again in better season. It’s quite bad weather in September. "
