“Very disappointed with my stay. The room is in unsatisfactory condition, the door lock could not be closed from the inside, the TV remote control was so dirty that it was impossible to pick it up, the sheets were torn. I understand that the hotel has a lot of guests, but its a 4-star property and at an average price in this area, so i believe that the management should bring the room and overall the service back to normal condition,especially in the current situation in the world. ”

“The hotel is clean and the staff were very kind 😇 .”

“The room I was allocated on arrival (late at night) was tiny - less than 2m across - and had only one small window opening onto a fire escape (which was nonetheless blocked as it was being used to store bathroom supplies). The lock on the door didn't work; given that the bedroom floors were freely accessible from the street by a lift which required no keycard, I felt unsafe, and asked for a different room. I was told that none was available, but a hotel employee came to my room with a drill to……

“Hôtel très propre, personnel très gentil, à l’écoute et très disponible, le ménage est fait tous les jours, la literie très confortable, douche très correcte, le petit déjeuner très varié. Franchement rien à dire. La piscine est très propre et la température de l’eau est agréable. Bien situé, le tram arrêt Aksaray est à quelques pas de l’hôtel Je reviendrai dans cet hôtel.”

“Very convenient loction. Easy access to tram and bus. Free luggage storage for customers, even when traveling out of Istanbul. Clean hotel and friendly employees. Free breakfast.”

“Nice new hotel with friendly staff. Only downfall is the restaurant/breakfast area is on the top floor. 7am chairs starts being dragged in an out of tables constantly for hours. If you are on the top two floors be ready to be awoken early. ”

“We paid for a triple room with a sea view, but when we arrived we were told there was no such thing. They put us in a “city view” room. The view was of a dilapidated building, nothing more. We were also told that if we didn’t move our car first thing in the morning, it would be towed. My son and I are handicap and the nearest otopark was more than 7 minutes walk from the hotel and when I asked if there was something closer, I was told to “just go”… “ it is not that far” even after explaining……

Good location, clean room,

"The hotel is well located with a train stop in front of hotel, easy accest to the tourist sites in 10min. The room was clean, however, we're put in a room NOT facing the street, but facing INSIDE of the hotel, this means NO SUNLIGHT in my room. i asked to changed to a room with sunlight, i was told it's fully booked. Please ensure they gave rooms facing the street or with sunlight or the hotel shall have been clear with the room discription if the window is facing inner part of hotel. And i'd hotel's assistance to book a taxi to the airport at 1250 all inclusive cost. However, after a couple minutes ride, the taxi driver told me to pay another 350, which total 1600 in order to enjoy toll way to the airport. It's not hotel's mistake, but ensure to ask hotel staff to check with taxi driver to confirm all in cost to avoid strange surchages. "
