“A little worn, could do with being redecorated, bathroom updating, and so on. No daily housekeeping unless guests request it during a limited time in the afternoon when they are likely to be out. Odd. Can’t put anything in the housekeeping tip envelope if there isn’t any! However, very convenient and acceptable in all other respects.”

“This is such a gem! Perfect location in West Marin in a beautiful setting. The creek in back, the fire pit, the small patios and verandas, the outdoor seating, all make it a perfect retreat. Due West next door has a great vibe with consistently good food. ”

“First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well. Second, I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com, and the website clearly stated that this hotel would provide VIP……
