“The house was as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive to our questions ahead of arrival. Perfect size for 2 people for a long weekend.”

“This place is a scam and no good for families. The pictures do not reflect the condition. Furniture is broken, no utensils and not clean. Do not book this place and run away from it. Had to re-book on another hotel the same night. ”

“My overall experience was great! My favourite part was how responsive and kind the host was, he attended to our every need. Samuel is a very humble man with a big heart. The home had all the essentials needed for our stay, quiet neighborhood and the thermostat worked BEST!! lol. The beds were very comfy and the atmosphere gave that “right at home feel” I did. Not want to leave! I will be booking again for sure!”

“I booked that place a few months back for my wedding party and when the day came I got the check-in info from the host. The check-in was at 3 pm, I went there at 5 pm, and when I got there I found some other guests inside the property. I was confused, the guests told me they were gonna be there until the next morning. So I called the host, and the host said she was sorry about it, she said there were two bookings from 2 different apps. She told me she was gonna refund me, which she did after she……

“Fishing/Lake: There is absolutely no access to the lake, including the community beach. No swimming. No fishing. Such details must be in the property's details in caps. Fishing or swimming is not allowed. Water: Smelly brown water in the house. You can’t drink it or cook with it or even take a shower. It is disguising. No heads-up about the water issue. Kitchen: The smell of dirty dishes welcomed us. It looks like the previous renters left them there. Only 4 forks and 1 knife in the house.……

“Owner does not have good communication did not respond to my messages it took two hours to bring me the keys to enter the house as soon as I entered the house was not the same as the photos in the ad the bathroom did not work I informed the owner of this and he did not solve anything and he was even rude to say if I did not like it just cancel it at the end I paid to stay for 7 days he changed the checkout date and did not refund me the difference. It was the worst experience I could have”

“When we arrived at the house it was just like the photos. We enjoyed the whole house. The fireplace added some romance to our evenings. We felt very comfortable as soon as we walked in. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The view of the lake from the deck was great. Thank you very much for the beautiful house.”
