“We loved our room, we had a suite on the top floor overlooking the pool with a view of the lake and mountains, it was immaculately clean and tidy, the breakfast was fantastic with a great choice for all”

“Allting var toppen! Personalen i receptionen var vänlig och väldigt serviceminded. Hela hotellet kändes nybyggt och superfräscht och modernt. Frukosten var god med färskpressad juice, olika kaffesorter, bröd, pålägg, kakor och fruktsallad. Ägg tillagades åt dig efter eget önskemål. Väldigt tyst och skönt på hela hotellet. Extra plus för karaffer du själv kunde fylla med vanligt eller kolsyrat vatten och ta upp till rummet. Superbra städat överallt. Ligger precis vid sjön och det finns några……

Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange. “The BEST Breakfast I have ever had in the hotel!!!!!!!!!Variety of choices, no matter from foods to drinks. As we booked the cheapest room, we cant see any view from our room.It doesnt look what the photos mentioned, however, the room is tidy,clean and spacious. There is a beautiful lake view behind the resort, it just takes 5-10mins walk,highly recommended to visit the lake park!!”
