Pre arrival information and communication was spot on and our reception on arrival by David and Pumpkin immediately made us feel at home. We stayed in the Spa room which I can highly recommend. “Absolutely fabulous guest house style hotel. Reception and daily staff extremely friendly and helpful. The best most carefully presented breakfast cf any hotel you like and graet value - chef oversaw all dishes passionately. Bar 24 h = super convenient. Very close location to beach and street full of restaurants and pubs. No fridge in room but bar very helpful with ice. They hve a lift = magic. Highly recommended for any stay in Bournemouth area.”

“Really friendly welcome when we arrived. Room was big with lots of space, plenty of wardrobe space and places to put suitcases. Plenty of coffee/tea on offer with a couple of water bottles which was nice. Beds were super comfortable!
Parking wasnt great (busy street so not hotels fault), when we arrived their car park was full so we parked on the street.”
