“Das Hotel lag nicht weit weg von einem sehr schönen Strand. Die Bushaltestelle vor der Tür eignet sich perfekt für Ausflüge. In direkter Umgebung gibt es auch außerhalb des Hotels gutes Essen und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Der Service war super und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt als Familie. Auch der Hauseigene Pool war super um Abends noch ein wenig zu entspannen”

“An unusual place in that it was totally unstaffed, but the access arrangements were fine and the room was comfortable, extremely quiet and exceptionally well provided for. The bed was incredibly comfortable. There was nothing to dislike at all and I would definitely return, but it's a shame that with such nice facilities, ie lounge, bar, etc. the areas are not used ”

“Great hotel. Have been coming for years for an annual birthday night out with a group of friends. Guy at reception was very friendly, especially as we were concerned we may not be able to park there as no space, but did manage to in the end. Hotel is great...not the most modern, no, but homely and rooms have always been spacious, clean and welcoming. The bar/club is great for a night out. Would definitely recommend. Very close to town centre and beach too. Well done Royal Exeter!”

“This was our first visit to Bournemouth, we were there to assist our granddaughter in her move to university and with the Chine Hotel we picked a gem of an Hotel. Arriving ahead of our check in time, we received a friendly welcome from the young lady on duty at the front desk and she informed us of all the on-site parking facilities available, so a great start. With time to spare before getting our room key we were informed that we could use the beach gate to Boscombe Pier. Unfortunately the……

“The hotel was really nice and the staff were very helpful. We were able to check in early as our room was ready and we were able to leave our bags at the hotel after checking out so we could go round the town. The room was very nice, although the fridge wasn't very cold and one of the mattresses was very soft, a bit like a water bed but I slept ok. Breakfast was amazing!
