“The carpet needs a refresh .”

“Comfortable one-night stay. The room was well furnished and in decent condition, though the AC was a bit tricky. Bathroom was very modern. The hotel has a nice decor,but some areas are showing signs of age. The pool area is nice and large, but could have been a but cleaner and needs new or more modern loungers and seating options. The food menu at the bar was limited, and the food was ok - not the best we had in Botswana, but not bad either. There was a DJ by the pool that was very loud (as……

“When we arrived, we learned the hotel was overbooked but the manager helped us into one of their sister properties. The room was comfortable and breakfast delicious. Service was great aside from some young guy at the front desk with a horrible attitude (thank goodness for the great manager!)”

“Terrible . They did not have a room for us despite having paid for it. Were not even bothered. We had to look for alternative accommodation. ”
