“Good service”

“Only one slight criticism, no information in the rooms regarding opening hours for breakfast, lunch etc, and checkout time, also no information on tours operating from the hotel. Apart from that I found the staff very efficient and helpful.”

“The property was clean, but substandard in most areas. The welcome on arrival was pretty much non existent and we were told our confirmed Expedia booking didnt exist. The room was very small and the shower more so. There was 1 towel for 2 of us, though another was delivered on request. The aircon, which was essential leaked water when switched on. We put down a towel to catch the drips, but by morning the curtains (which incidently couldn't be opened) were drenched as was the towel we placed……

“Très agréable établissement situé dans un quartier sûr proche du monument des 3 chefs. La chambre était spacieuse et climatisée. Le wifi fonctionnait bien et par 37degrés, la piscine était très agréable. En conclusion, un excellent rapport qualité prix.”

“Really enjoyed our stay here. It was such a characterful hotel and our room was gorgeous with beautiful views over the Chobe river from the balcony. The game drives and river cruise were really good and a reasonable price. I would say, the service was very up and down, sometimes outstanding, at other times quite cold and disorganised. The same is true of the game drives, one was incredible, the other was quite mediocre. Food too, sometimes was exceptional (like the BBQ at the poolside bar), at……

“The hotel refused to accept Expedias payment so I was forced to pay twice. Expedia themselves are also unhelpful, demanding to see copies of my bank statement. The last time I either visit this hotel or use Expedia. ”
