“Nice and easy to find this hotel with loads of parking spaces. The check in is so easy here, numberous tablets and a staff member on standby the help. I checked in late and this was no problem at all. The room was lovely, really comfy bed with different firmness of pillow options. Spacious enough for a chair, a desk and a wardrobe. “Good: The hotel is well located and impressive in its public areas. All the staff are friendly and polite The breakfast is very good Not so good: The room itself was not too impressive. The room was stuffy, safe didn’t work, and the shower was a trickle. Overall location 10 out of 10 so if you are out and about exploring York all day and arriving/departing by train it would be good choice. If you want to relax in your room then I would recommend a different room category or another hotel. ”
