“The Clarendon is a very pleasant property in Dundee. Close to everything & within walking distance of restaurants. Our room was a good size with a good shower. A big plus was the kitchenette with hob, fridge, & microwave. ”

“This is a lovely hotel. I was made welcome and parking was fine (which can be important). I was given a double room even though I had booked a single, which was a nice touch. Walkable to the centre and lots to see. I visited the Discovery centre and Verdant works. Ran out of time for the V & A museum. I was pleasantly surprised with Dundee and would go back.”

“Clean hotel in a good location. Above the station, over the road from Discovery and the V&A. Only a couple of minutes walk from the town centre. Staff were lovely. Pillows felt cheap though. Premier Inn have better pillows I did have to park a little walk away, possibly there were better options if I'd researched, but definitely no parking on site ”

“Great value for money accomodation. Location was amazing. Can be a bit noisy if you are looking out at the square. Very clean . Very comfortable twin beds and lovely shower. Looking around the hostel, it seemed what a hostel should be with different nationalities mingling in the kitchen and TV room. Easy checking in. Loved the place. Would recommend to anyone”

“On checking in we were offered an upgrade to a quieter room as it was a very busy Saturday night in the bar. Very welcoming and friendly, our room was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Will definately be back.”

“Room was clean and comfortable. Kettle for hot tea and a coffee pouch machine. Breakfast yummy. Chef was available to make omelette or other options. Also ate in the restaurant a few times. Good menu. The quietest air condition I have ever known in the bedroom - and it was needed in this heatwave. Bar was great along with huge comfy sofas. ”
