“I’ve been traveling a lot the staff in this hotel is among one of the best I experienced.”

“I really enjoyed this property. Each floor has an area with snacks in a refrigerator like sodas and ice cream and popcorn. We stayed during a not very busy time, but I bet this place would be amazing during a football or basketball game.”

“Breakfast is fantastic. Very easy to commute to UNC School of Gov. Food in the area is abundant, try Mess Hall. Didn’t give 5 stars on room because both the A/C units in my room were acting up and weren’t fixed by the time my stay ended. Didn’t give 5 stars for area around property because multiple of my classmates had their cars broken into/damaged in the parking lot. Not the hotel’s fault but it happened. Park near the front entrance, that’s what I did. Also, parking is not included in stay,……

“前台冷淡，入住時發現，浴室裡沐浴乳架整個掉落在浴缸裡，塑膠碎片四處飛濺，打電話告知櫃檯時，工作人員語氣冷漠，並提前掛我電話，令人非常無語。隔天下大雨，窗台邊踏腳板滲進雨水，地毯潮濕一片，一樣打電話告知櫃檯希望能送幾條毛巾給我們，讓地毯的水份暫時吸收，阻止繼續蔓延，口頭答應後當晚也沒有送來毛巾，幸好雨勢轉小，沒有釀成更嚴重的危機。住宿當中，房務整理後當天，發現床上的耳機不見，一樣打電話告訴前台，麻煩幫忙問一下房務是否有看到耳機，電話中答覆會再詢問並回電，直到退房也沒有任何消息。最後退房時，櫃檯人員一邊嚼著口香糖，一邊工作，完全不符合星級飯店的門面印象。 雖然飯店很美，房間小但是舒適，但是這樣的服務態度，令人失望，如果不講求溫暖溫度，尚可入住體驗周邊樹林湖泊的美好，但若有問題需要請飯店幫忙，則自求多福。 未來不會再入住喜來登系列飯店，以上為個人經驗分享，希望只是特例，運氣不好的我恰巧碰到。 ”
