“The staff was SOOOO so nice and they always seemed so happy to be there, the hotel was clean and nice on the inside. Here are our complaints/things we felt were weird: -we were told at check in that their new policy is that cleaning services/staff would not enter our room at all during our stay unless we call to request it. On our first day, we left to get lunch, only to come back and realize our room keys stopped working and so did everyone elses. Then we found out while we were gone, the……
