“We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Brighton. The service was impeccable. It elevated the whole experience at the hotel despite some hits and misses. Every staff was professional and friendly (even their uniform was tastefully designed). The lobby and lounge were beautiful, giving us a really good impression of the hotel. However, while we were aware of the history of the hotel, the bathroom was a bit tricky to use. It was obviously dated and needed some refurbishment work. The water pressure……

“Lovely old hotel by the sea. They're working hard to update it but it still does feel like an old hotel by the sea. The breakfast room is a high point, with great workers like Luann, who stayed on top of everything with a smile on his face. Bed a little frumpy, room a little dark, windows didn't quite open or quite shut. Par for the course with a hotel in this category. I tend to look on the bright side and saw the old world charm in the property.”
