“We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Brighton. The service was impeccable. It elevated the whole experience at the hotel despite some hits and misses. Every staff was professional and friendly (even their uniform was tastefully designed). The lobby and lounge were beautiful, giving us a really good impression of the hotel. However, while we were aware of the history of the hotel, the bathroom was a bit tricky to use. It was obviously dated and needed some refurbishment work. The water pressure……

“Unable to gain access, the number that you need to contact 24 hrs before is out of service. We tried to find apartment using google maps as it said they had a concierge but could not locate the apartments. Had to find alternative accomodation. Very stressful. Looking at review this has been hapoening a lot needs to be taken off site ”

“This was an absolute nightmare from finally getting into the property to leaving the following day and i was booked for 2nights. The room is a pit, the décor is depressing and thoroughly disappointing. There is no 24hr front desk , there's not even a desk and when you try to contact them it just repeatedly goes to voicemail they are totally uncontactable. we left a day early as we could not bear another night in there.
