“We stayed in the Sycamore Room and it was beautiful. Very well cared for with every amenity provided. A was very welcome as it was hot in Nelson during our stay. Staff was very accommodating as we showed up early on a motorcycle and needed a reprieve from the heat. Parking is limited but free if you get one. Also this place is not suitable if you have difficulty with stairs. There are a lot of stairs! We have stayed here for our last three visits to Nelson and will definitely stay here again. ”

“The house is absolutely gorgeous with a stunning view of the lake. The photos on the website don’t do it justice - it is much better in reality. We are an extended family of 8 and it was possible for us all to have our own little ‘nook’ in the house. It has everything you could possibly want - some of us just wanted to stay there while the rest of us went touring. The owners are very communicative and friendly and Audrey was especially kind & helpful when I got sick towards the end of the……
