“I’ve stayed here virtually every time I visit Nelson and the Hume is the place to be, bar none. Still retains its old world charm but amenities are modern and flawlessly renovated. I would absolutely recommend the Hume as it’s a great hotel and definitely has a high end luxury feel for reasonable price.”

“The property was well maintained, very tastefully decorated, welcoming and made you feel like you were at home. The breakfast was really good!! You had access 24/7 to complementary juice, tea, coffee in a kitchen setting, stocked with cookies baked fresh every morning. You could tell that everything was done with an eye to detail, to make you feel like you were at home. I have nothing but good to say about Susan and the other staff! Thanks for making my long weekend memorable! We will be back!”
