“history, quality of finishings...our room 460 was a bit tight, but had everything we needed. ”

“Everyone are nice and kind, room is tidy and clean. ”

“Property makes a person feel like they are at home. The rooms were very nice but could need brighter lighting for the older person who may have vision problems. Coffee material were out in the hallway among the other people which was awkward as you had to in line just for a coffee or tea.”

“We absolutely loved our stay! We were in the Okanagan room which was the largest space available, private balcony and large bathroom wirh a large tub, plus additional full double shower. There were so many thoughtful amenities in our room and it felt like a resort spa. Alfonso and Michelle were truly amazing hosts. Breakfasts were incredible, and I also enjoyed a facial. Great hottub and pool too! If we are ever back to West Kelowna we will stay again!”
