“The property was of a basic nature and very tired in places. The bathroom paint was peeling off the walls. The bed was a small queen bed that wasn't big enough for 2 adults to get a good night sleep. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Due to this we left the property early and had to book a hotel. I also tried to contact the property as advised by Sykes cottages, but my calls were unanswered and not returned. Overall a disappointing stay. There are plenty of better rentals available.”

“Nice modern hotel, super atrium with bar. Very good spa and serves an excellent afternoon tea. Bathroom door needs springs tensioning as it slams shut, unfortunately you can hear this in the room above if you are on the first floor.”

“It’s a fairly new hotel with excellent location by the waterfront. Buffet breakfast has plenty varieties. Carpark is just a short walk to the hotel. The area is safe and clean. Very enjoyable with easy access to everything.”

“Location closed to Wrexham General and city center. Service are good. That must be my choice in next trip here”
