“The staff was friendly! It smelled very clean, the beds were comfy, and there was a lot close by. The only thing I’d say that could improve is the heat in the hot tub - it wasn’t hot at all. Otherwise, it was great!”

“The hotel was under a major renovation as of Oct 2023. The rooms were dated, which is okay. The cleanliness of the room was acceptable. There wasn't much offered for the complimentary breakfast. I am sure this place will be a nice place to stay when finished. This hotel is a bargain compared to the surrounding area hotels.”

“Cozy and comfortable”

“Spent 3 days in St Charles. This was our second visit to St. Charles, just a different season. An ice sculpture event was taking place on our first day. We loved the location. So close to everything we wanted to do. Able to walk everywhere. The condo was perfect for us. The 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, gave us the privacy we needed. The open living room, kitchen area was very nice. The hosts were great to work with. Communication was quick and helpful. I would definitely rent this unit again. ”
