“The property managers of this property were rude and incompetent. They ended up double booking the house even though we had paid in full the nonrefundable amount. They claimed they didn’t know that they double booked but they are either liars or are incompetent. We specifically chose this house because we needed the location but they had to move us to a different house. From day 1 the management company was rude. They would not provide their company’s name or address. We dealt with one staff at……

“The house, I would not recommend. It was okay. The location was great but it was poorly supplied. They didn’t even have measuring cups or spoons. There was no kettle to make tea so we just boiled water on the stove. You can tell the house has had its fair share of parties in the past, probably why there was all these loop holes to rent it. Even on the day we landed, they sent me a text at 3:00 pm telling me I didn’t sign the contract even though I did so luckily we were going for lunch and……
