“Good all round, nice rooms of good size, comfortable bed and air conditioning was much appreciated in this hot spell. Evening drinks amd meals were good as was the nicely cooked breakfast. Good location in quite village and onsite parking. Staff were welcoming, polite and helpful. ”

“An overnight dtay for the Hay festival. The first time i have stayed at a B&B in over 40years. OML how wonderful my stay was, fabulous hosts Fiona and James plus the gorgeous dogs'! Super room, very comfortable and everything one could wish for. Such attention to detail. The breakfast which was a 'full English' was the best breakfast i have had in a very long time, with all either home made or locally sourced. Fiona's granola with yoghurt and berries so very tasty.
