“Everything was perfect with the exception of the lobby has no coffee and the restaurants are not open. If you want coffee early in the morning there is espresso in the rooms, but for regular plain old coffee could not find any but our stay was wonderful.”

“Nice hotel, got a free upgrade on arrival. They don’t offer couples massage but managed to find another masseuse to accommodate our request. Spa facilities were good. Good value for money, would stay again if we went back for the skiing. ”

Staff experience varies: some are great (reception, concierge and breakfast), some are simply unpleasant, inefficient and outright seemed annoyed by their job serving guests…(especially the SPA and the lobby lounge)”
