“The room was nice. No problem with the air conditioning. I didn't use gym. The staff was great I was able to enjoy Beale Street. Awesome location and hotel, and I travel often. I would give it a 9.5 always keep something for myself!!!”

“This location is perfect if you are planning on enjoying all Beale Street has to offer or if you are going to the Orpheum Theatre. (It was less than a five minute walk.) I was worried about the lights/noise but we didn't notice them. The friendly and professional staff made sure we were comfortable. The breakfast attendant (I didn't catch her name) was the kindest lady. If I had to make a suggestion for an improvement it would be to please remind cleaning staff to refill shampoo/soap/lotion……

Front desk staff got us check in/out with no mishaps Housekeeping did not disappoint at all. dinning Staff very polite &attentive we had William as our server and he made us feel like home away from home very catering and down to earth. Made our experience even greater it’s a must we visit again overall hotel experience 10/10”
