“There was a lot of construction going on at the hotel when we visited for an admitted students day at UVM. They also only had valet parking, which was a little inconvenient. The rooms were nice and the staff was helpful. Great location in between UVM and the lake and walkable to Church Street. There was a lot of construction downtown in general so it was a little confusing getting there. ”

“An absolutely great boutique hotel. We loved having a coffee station on each floor with spectacular coffee available to all guests. The restaurant, Juniper, was delicious and the staff were very customer oriented. We’re looking forward to a future visit!”

“My husband and I stayed here during our kid's Senior Week at Champlain College, so we could enjoy the area before graduation. It's conveniently located to both that college, to UVM, an easy walk to Winooski, and in driving distance to many outdoor activities. The tiny house itself is beautiful and comfortable; and we would absolutely stay there again. Eva is a thoughtful host; this space has extras I don't usually see in short term rentals.”
