“Great value for our stay. The staff are professional and efficient. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was self-served hot waffle, toast, yogurt, oat meal, juice and coffee. The only downside for us was the AC was loud.”

“The only thing we didn't like was waiting over 20 minutes to check in. It was around midnight and we were tired and two other customers were ahead of us. It seemed to take the attendant a long time to check in the first person in line. Other than the initial wait, everything was great.”

“Near highway, but couldn’t hear it at all. Luckily we were on this end of Ft Madison as the Mississippi bridge was closed and we had to go through Keokuk to get to Illinois. Nice hotel with very friendly staff. ”

“The manager, (Meena?) was wonderful. I came in after a funeral and she sympathized. She helped me with my cell phone settings. The next moring I fell and hit my forehead and she gave me ice and a washcloth, encouraged me to stay longer, even called me later in the day to see if I was OK. I felt very well cared for. And the place was perfect. ”

“The host was super nice and accomodated our needs/request for an extension cord and help to print something. The beds were super comfortable and clean. I was especially grateful for the hot water since many places don't have that. The location is close to restaurants and stores. ”

“We arrived via motorcycle. Staff offered to have us keep the bikes out front under the cameras - even moved their car to make room. How cool is that!”

“The room and bathroom were very clean. (There was some black mildew/mold around the caulking of the bathtub, but not a lot; a spray of bleach would have taken care of it.) The carpet appeared to be new. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. ”
