“The gardens and grounds were absolutely beautiful. The dining room was bright with surrounding windows. Very friendly staff. The location was perfect with a short walk to the Pantiles with quaint cafes and shops. We had a smaller room that looked over a smoke stack so would definitely upgrade next time. ”

“Great location and beautiful view in front of the pier. Bathroom was the best thing in the room, can tell that it has been renovated. Much room for improvement on housekeeping and the rest of the room, such as windows and cleaniness of appliances like hairdryer and kettle. Fair deal in terms of what we paid. “We stayed in a family room which was clean and close to the beach, with some restaurants around. There is no USB socket in the room so need to bring your own sockets to charge your phones and devices. Pillows are too soft. Breakfast was included, with cold and cooked buffet for selection.”
